At United Community Bank, I served as the driven, detail-oriented marketing coordinator who supported Mortgage Loan Originators in growing their business and connecting with new clients to close more loans. As the connective hub between the residential mortgage line of business, our CRM (Total Expert), and segment marketing, I fully owned the support, development, and integration of all mortgage marketing strategies and solutions. From implementing in-process loan communication to add consistency and efficiency to client and business partner loan experience, to pushing internal and external mortgage communication to the banks social media, building upon the banks bottom line to offer banking and mortgage services. Below are select samples of email campaigns that capitalised on refinance opportunities, built real estate agent relationships, and resurfaced potential purchase prospect leads, customer email journeys that targeted specific audiences including cross-sell opportunities, flyer content creation, blogs, and social media for over 100 retail and consumer direct MLOs.
